You’re invited to the free green carpet movie premiere of Carbon Nation, a documentary on climate change solutions that the Huffington Post says is “entertaining, endearing and exceptional.”
Join the Chicago Climate Action Plan team this Tuesday, August 10 for a celebration recognizing the cast, producers and local climate heroes for their efforts in tackling the effects of climate change.
The celebration begins with emcee, Bill Kurtis at 7:00 p.m. at Millennium Park’s Jay Pritzker Pavilion featuring performances by the star of SHREK THE MUSICAL, Chicago-based student singing troupe The Happiness Club, comedian Hal Sparks and others.
The movie (run time: 90 min.) will begin at 8 p.m. followed by a brief question and answer session. For more information, visit the Chicago Climate Action Plan website.
